Best place to eat on Kauai
The night we landed in Kauai, we picked up the rental car and asked the attendent where to eat... she said "Barbecue Inn". It isn't fancy from the outside but the food is incredible and inexpensive. You get great food for your money!
Jeff and I went to Kauai right after christmas for his best friend's wedding and we had a similar chicken experience. In fact, I should send you all our pictures. We were also there for an extremely short time, shorter than we intended because of plane problems but that is another story for another time!
